Woman's body found in Sydney home

The body of a woman has been found inside the bedroom of a home in Sydney's south.

Police were called to the house in Kentucky Road in Riverwood on Monday afternoon following a report from someone who was concerned about the occupant's welfare.

A 50-year-old man is assisting police with the investigation, a spokeswoman said.
