Woman injured in NSW horse riding accident

A woman has been injured in a horse-riding accident in the NSW Hunter region.
The 50-year-old fell from the horse near Dungog and sustained multiple injuries, a Westpac Rescue Helicopter spokesman told AAP on Saturday afternoon.
She's been transported to John Hunter Hospital.
