'I want justice for my soulmate': Partner of Merrylands stabbing victim blames 'negligence' of NSW Health
The widow of the victim of a random stabbing in Sydney's west last week has claimed the negligence of NSW Health is responsible for his death.
Amamuddin Sadar and Becky Ramadani had been together for 11 years before he was attacked along with two others in Merrylands in a random stabbing spree last Tuesday.
The 38-year-old attempted to shelter in a stairwell but died from his injuries.

"It's very, very sad to lose someone like him in this community because he didn't deserve to die," Ramadani said.
"My heart is broken, and my sorrow is immense."
For 13 years, the asylum seeker from Afghanistan had been hoping for a permanent visa, so that he could see his family again. On the day he died, Ramadani said it was confirmed the visa had come through.
His accused killer, Setefano Leaaetoa, was one of three people to abscond from the mental health unit at Cumberland Hospital in as many weeks.
Ramadani has blamed the health department, believing their lack of duty of care led to the death of her partner.
"The negligence of the health department is responsible for this," she said.
"I want justice for my soulmate."

"If someone just [runs away] from hospital, [the hospital] should notify the community," she said.
Member for Granville Julia Finn said the attack needed to be "a catalyst for change".
"We're willing to listen and learn," she said.
The visas of Sadar's brother and sister were granted today so they can travel to Australia for the funeral.
The family are now raising money via a GoFundMe to help them make the trip from Dubai and cover funeral expenses.
Cumberland Council is hoping to host a large public vigil in the coming weeks to honour the three locals attacked.
Two survivors - a 21-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman - are recovering in Westmead Hospital.
