Video shows Sydney hit-and-run

Footage of a hit-and-run released by NSW police shows the moment a car ploughed into a group of people in Sydney's southwest.

Four people can be seen standing on the road in Narelle Crescent, Greenacre before they are hit by a white Nissan Pulsar at about 7.20pm on Thursday, January 28.

The car was later found abandoned nearby.

A 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman injured in the crash were sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries but police haven't been able to identify the other victims.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
