Two men arrested and charged in police raids through Sydney's Kings Cross will face court on drug supply charges.

The men, aged 26 and 33, were arrested along with a 67-year-old man on Wednesday, less than 24 hours after police charged five others involved in an alleged syndicate which flooded Kings Cross with heroin and ice.

The two younger men are due to appear before Sydney's Central Local Court on Thursday, while the 67-year-old was granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on October 4.

Meanwhile, a 41-year-old woman was arrested in Surry Hills during Tuesday's raids and was charged with 25 counts of supplying a prohibited drug after she used phones, the internet and ledgers to co-ordinate the distribution of drugs along the Cross' main strip, police said.

Three other men aged 40, 39 and 33 and a 35-year-old woman also arrested have been charged with drug offences.

Since June undercover police who infiltrated the network have been buying drugs from dealers.
