Two men have been airlifted to hospital in a serious condition following a multi-vehicle and pedestrian collision on the NSW mid-north coast.

Emergency services attended the three vehicle crash on the Pacific Highway, which also involved a male pedestrian, believed to be in his 30s, south of Nabiac around 6.30am on Tuesday.

The pedestrian suffered injuries to his neck, chest and arm while another man suffered head injuries, a spokeswoman from NSW Ambulance told AAP.
