AAP
A teenage boy is fighting for life after falling off the back of a ute at a boat ramp on the NSW mid north coast.
The 17-year-old sustained serious head injuries and was placed in an induced coma after being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital from the Forster marina on Tuesday morning, a Westpac Rescue Helicopter spokesman said.
The boy remains in a critical condition, a NSW Health spokesman said on Wednesday.
