Sydney shooting victim a father of two
A Sydney man killed in a shooting outside an inner-west shopping centre has been identified as a father of two and a talented young sportsman.
Brad Dillon, 25, was shot in a car park outside MarketPlace Leichhardt at 5:40pm last night, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
He limped onto the street before he collapsed and died.
A friend told the Herald Dillon was a "man's man" who liked to have a bet and a drink.
Mr Dillon was a talented baseballer, but turned down an offer to trial with an American team because his junior rugby league side, the North Ryde Hawks, was in the grand final.
He had also played junior representative league for the Balmain Tigers.
Two men are still at large for the shooting.
