Sydney carer assaults woman, 89

An elderly woman has been sexually assaulted by a carer at an aged-care facility in Sydney's southwest, NSW Police say.
The 89-year-old was allegedly assaulted at the home in Picton on Monday October 8.
Police arrested a 59-year-old carer at a house in Eschol Park on Saturday.

He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday charged with aggravated sexual assault.
