Solicitor charged over alleged 3D-gun-printing operation in NSW
A solicitor has been refused bail after police allegedly uncovered a 3D-gun-printing operation at a property in northern NSW.
The charges stem from a firearms prohibition order compliance check at a home in Moree about 6.15am on Tuesday.

Joshua David Gale, 32, was taken to Moree police station and charged with 16 offences including manufacturing firearms without a licence or permit and owning a firearm subject to a prohibition order.
During the search, detectives allegedly uncovered a bolt-action rifle, two pistols, a semi-automatic privately manufactured firearm, firearm parts, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition alongside manufacturing equipment.
About 12pm on Wednesday, police executed a second search warrant at an office in Moree, allegedly seizing a 3D printer, firearm blueprints and electronic devices.

A court heard on Wednesday that Gale was already subject to a firearms prohibition order when charged, having previously been sentenced to an intensive correction order for firearm offences in 2019.
He was refused bail and scheduled to front court again in October.
