Second man charged after NSW house shot

A second man has been charged after a gun was fired into a Sydney house at the weekend.

The pair are alleged to have left the Penshurst home after an argument with a 43-year-old woman in the early hours of Sunday, with police called after a shot was fired.

The woman was treated for minor grazes believed to be caused by flying debris.

A 33-year-old man was arrested at Bexley on Wednesday and charged with two counts of firing a gun at a dwelling and driving while disqualified.

He was refused bail and will appear in Sutherland Local Court on Thursday.

A 23-year-old man also wanted over the incident was found on Sunday night when officers pulled over a vehicle in Arncliffe.

Police say they found cash, drugs and a home-made stun gun in his car.

The man was charged with shooting a firearm into a dwelling, while the 44-year-old woman behind the wheel was arrested and charged with disqualified driving.
