A P-plate driver who had a baby in his car has been charged with drink-driving in Sydney's southeast.
The 31-year-old man allegedly blew more than double the legal alcohol limit after he was caught in a breath test operation in Moore Park on Monday about 3.45pm.
He had a nine-month old baby and two adult passengers in his car at the time.
