Pro-Palestine protesters shut down NSW parliament after storming sitting
Pro-Palestine supporters have shut down NSW parliament after storming a proceeding and calling Premier Chris Minns a "disgrace".
A dozen or so protesters with banners began yelling from the public gallery while MPs sat below during question time about 12.30pm today.
They called for a free Palestine and criticised the NSW government's response to Israel's ongoing war in Gaza.

Parliamentary staff and sheriffs rushed to the gallery to eject the group while question time was halted for a few minutes.
Shortly after proceedings resumed, another protester burst into the gallery.
"Chris Minns, you are a disgrace," the lone protester yelled.
At a press conference later, Minns said he would not support disruptions to parliament.
"I understand people have got frustrations but it should be noted that disrupting question time or parliamentary democracy is not something we can endorse," he said.
It was the second protest disrupting question time today, as hundreds of firefighters marched on parliament and others in trucks blew their sirens and honked their horns.
Minns said he was hopeful of a good outcome if he sits down and negotiates with the fire brigade unions.
