NSW paramedics counselled after suspension

Two paramedics have been counselled after being suspended following an incident, NSW Ambulance says.

The pair was "temporarily removed from duty" while the June incident was reviewed, receiving the support before returning to work, NSW Ambulance said in a statement on Sunday.

The two were suspended after telling a caller they lacked the resources to respond, the Sunday Telegraph reported.
