A NSW mother will front court in the new year after she was allegedly caught drink-driving with her three young children in the car.

Police patrolling Berrima, in the Southern Highlands, pulled the 34-year-old over about 3.20pm on Wednesday. She had her 13-year-old, 11-year-old and nine-year-old in the car with her.

It is alleged the woman failed a roadside breath test and later recorded a reading of 0.132.

The woman must face Moss Vale Local Court in January to answer a mid-range PCA charge, and her licence has been suspended.

Police say they have contacted Family and Community Services.
