NSW man in wheelchair attacked and robbed

A man in a wheelchair has been injured after two men forced their way into his house, stole items and pushed him to the ground.

The 38-year-old man answered the door to his home near Albury, on the NSW-Victorian border, to find two men demanding cash, jewellery and drugs before rummaging through the house.

The wheelchair-bound man punched one of the intruders before he was pulled from his wheelchair and pushed to the ground, leaving him with grazes and an injured hand. The two men left the house after stealing cash and electronic items.
