A man has been charged with a further 102 domestic violence offences, including rape, solicit to murder and intentionally choking his wife of 18 years in southwestern Sydney.

Police allege a 48-year-old Leumeah man sexually, physically and verbally assaulted a 51-year-old woman, who was discovered outside a home on Carrington Circuit with a fractured leg after an alleged domestic incident.

The woman had allegedly jumped from the first-floor balcony of the home in February.

It's alleged the woman has suffered 18 years of abuse.

The man, who faced Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday on the extra charges, has been remanded in custody.

He has now been charged with a total of 103 offences and is due to face the Court again on June 10.
