NSW man arrested after 24 cars broken into

A man has been arrested after allegedly going on a break-in spree in the carpark of a unit complex in Sydney's west.
Police say a 40-year-old man broke into 24 cars at an underground carpark at Homebush West and stole numerous personal items around 5am on Tuesday.
He has been taken to Auburn Police Station and has been assisting police with inquiries.
