AAP
A man has been caught driving 63 kilometres over the speed limit on a NSW country road.
Gundagai Highway Patrol officers say they stopped a Nissan 4WD on the Hume Highway near Jugiong, in the state's south, after it was tracked at 173km/h in a 110km/h zone and driving in the right-hand lane.
The 20-year-old driver produced a Malaysian driver's licence.

He has been issued with infringement notices for exceeding the speed limit by more than 45km/h and driving in the right lane on a road with a speed limit of more than 80km/h.
The infringements could cost him $2,252 and six demerit points, and his visiting driver privileges have already been suspended for six months.
