Search launched for fisherman who disappeared from popular Sydney beach
A search is under way for an 82-year old fisherman who went missing from a popular Sydney beach.
Eui Chul Suh, was reported missing when he did not return home after going fishing at Maroubra Beach, in the city’s eastern suburbs.

Local police launched a search for Suh, along with PolAir and marine officers.
Abandoned fishing gear, which police believe belongs to the missing man, was found on the rocks.
Suh was last seen at Bonds Lookout near Marine Parade at Maroubra Beach, about 4pm on Sunday.
Police say he is of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall, slim with white-grey hair and black eyes.
He was last seen wearing a navy jacket, green track pants and black sneakers.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts has been urged to contact authorities.
