Man shot in leg in Sydney's southwest

A man has been shot in the leg at his home in Sydney's southwest.

Police were called to the home at Claymore at around 1.50am on Monday after calls to triple zero reported shots being fired.

A 42-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his left thigh was taken to Liverpool Hospital.

Police have set up a crime scene and are canvassing the neighbourhood.
