Man found in regional NSW house fire dies

A man in his 60s who was pulled from a burning home in regional NSW has died.

Emergency services were called to the Barooga Street home in North Albury about 3:30pm on Monday, finding the house well-alight.

The body of the man believed to be the house's 65-year-old occupant was taken from the house.

Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze and police officers are investigating the cause of the fire.
