Man flees after car crash in Sydney

A driver has fled after crashing a car into a house which ended up on top of another car in Sydney's northwest.

Two women, aged in their 20s, escaped injury after the male driver of the car lost control and ran into the front of the West Pennant Hills home shortly after midnight on Sunday morning.

The man fled from the scene before emergency services arrived, police say.

No one in the home was injured but the garage at the front of the house has been damaged.
