Man falls 10m down cliff on NSW coastline

A man has suffered multiple injuries after falling up to 10 metres down a cliff on the NSW mid north coast.
The 50-year-old man was treated by paramedics on Monday night at Arakoon, 80km north of Port Macquarie, before being taken by ambulance to Port Macquarie Hospital with arm and spinal injuries.
He has since been airlifted by the Westpac Rescue to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.
