Man critical after stabbing in Sydney

A man is in a critical condition after being stabbed multiple times at a unit block in Sydney's south.

Police say the 24-year-old man was stabbed at a property on Bay Street, Brighton-Le-Sands, before being driven to the nearby St George Hospital at 4am on Saturday.

Police are canvassing the area for evidence.
