Man charged over knife after Sydney fight
A man is accused of arming himself with a knife before an altercation in Sydney, having just been released from hospital after an earlier fight.
A 31-year-old Italian man was taken to hospital with facial injuries after police responded to reports of two people fighting at a Campbell Parade, Bondi property early Sunday.
A 27-year-old Brazilian man was arrested and released pending further inquiries.
It's alleged the 31-year-old discharged himself from hospital then went to another apartment armed with a knife to see the younger man.
Police seized two knives and arrested the man, charging him with aggravated break and enter, armed with intent to commit an indictable offence and two counts of common assault.
He was refused bail and is expected to face Waverley Local Court on Monday.
