AAP
A man has been charged over an assault that left a woman with a fractured hip in far west NSW.
The 60-year-old was found lying on the floor of a Broken Hill home while a 30-year-old man was also found inside with head lacerations last week, police say.
The accused, 38, was refused bail to appear in Broken Hill Local Court on Tuesday charged with recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm and reckless wounding.
