Man bashed in face in Sydney's west

A man will face court after another man was left with serious facial injuries in an overnight assault in Sydney's west.
Police were called to an address in Penrith just before 10pm on Thursday to find a 29-year-old man with facial injuries.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police have arrested a 37-year-old man and charged him with reckless assault causing grievous bodily harm.
He was refused bail to appear in Penrith Local Court on Friday.
