Light rail motorist admits charge

A man caught driving along light rail tracks in Sydney has pleaded guilty to drink-driving.
Police spotted Aubrey Clement MacKinnon driving a Toyota Corolla along light rail tracks towards Central Railway Station at 2am on February 21.
Officers breath-tested him before charging him with first-offence mid-range drink driving.

Court documents indicate MacKinnon, from Strathfield in Sydney's inner west, was driving with a Zambian licence at the time.
He entered a plea of guilty at the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday.
He will be sentenced on May 16.
