Elderly man missing from Sydney home

An elderly man who suffers from several medical conditions has gone missing from his western Sydney home.

Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of 82-year-old Toi Ding, who has not been seen since going for a walk from his Vineyard Avenue home in Smithfield around 11am on Sunday.

Anyone with information on Mr Ding's whereabouts is urged to contact police.
