Man dies in vicious house fire on NSW coast

A 70-year-old man has died after a fire tore through a house in the NSW south coast.
Firefighters arrived at the home on Greenwell Point Road in Greenwell Point shortly after 6.30am today to find the home well alight.
Two people were reported to be unaccounted for when emergency services arrived.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire, but the first floor of the building was extensively damaged.
The 70-year-old’s body was found inside the house while a woman, who also lives at the home, was found in Sydney.
Police have deemed the fire not to be suspicious.
