Cyclist critical after fall on Sydney road

A cyclist is in a critical condition after falling off his bike on Sydney's north shore.
The 55-year-old man fell on a busy road at West Pymble on Wednesday afternoon, CareFlight helicopter rescue says.
He suffered serious head injuries and was placed in an induced coma before being rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.
