NSW woman dies in crash with truck

Two women have died in two separate car crashes across NSW in two days.

A 49-year-old driver died on Mitchell Highway at Vittoria after her car collided with a truck on Tuesday morning.

The truck driver was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for leg injuries and he was taken to Orange Base Hospital.

A 55-year-old woman also died after her car collided north of Broken Hill on Monday morning.

A passenger was treated for a fractured wrist and possible spinal injury.

She was taken to Tibooburra and transported by the Royal Flying Doctor Service to South Australia.
