Teen attacked in NSW home invasion

A 14-year-old boy has been belted in the head with a golf club in a home invasion on the NSW Central Coast.

The boy and a man were at a North Gosford home late on Monday night when two men forced their way into the house, demanding cash and hitting the boy with the golf club.

The men fled after the man handed over his wallet.

The boy was taken to Gosford Hospital with head injuries and was released on Tuesday morning.
