AAP
A body has been pulled from the water on Sydney's northern beaches after it was found floating by a passer-by.
Police say a crime scene has been established at Clareville near Palm Beach after the body was found shortly before 2pm.
The passer-by pulled the body - believed to be that of a man - from the water and commenced CPR but the person was later declared dead at the scene.
