The potential next leaders of NSW Labor Party
As the results in Saturday's NSW election started to trickle in, Labor politicians were starting to think about who their next leader would be.
They may have been thinking it even earlier after Michael Daley's disastrous final week in the election campaign.
Mr Daley announced his attention to run again during his concession speech.

But under Labor rules, a spill occurs after an election loss, meaning Mr Daley has stepped aside until a leadership ballot will be held later this year.
Mr Daley will likely have some support for a second run, but the NSW ALP will be looking to shop around.
So who is in the running to be the next Labor leader on Macquarie Street?
Jodi McKay
A former journalist, Jodi McKay has served as a Legislative Assembly member for two different seats in two non-consecutive terms.

She was controversially parachuted into the electorate of Newcastle in 2007, serving as a minister during Labor's three-premiers-in-four-years stint.
After losing her seat in 2011, she headed south to win the western Sydney seat of Strathfield.
Her improved performance in the electorate on Saturday in spite of Mr Daley's anti-Asian migration comments has cemented her position as a top contender.
Chris Minns
Chris Minns has the nickname Simba in NSW Parliament, because like the protagonist in The Lion King, "one day, all of this will be his".
The 39-year-old put his hand up for leadership in November, but lost decisively to Mr Daley.

But the member for Kogarah may stand a better chance this time around.
Unlike Jodi McKay, Mr Minns suffered a big enough swing in his seat to make Labor staffers nervous for a few hours.
Ryan Park
It's been more than 50 years since a non-Sydneysider served as Labor Premier of NSW.
But Ryan Park is another name getting mentioned.

Representing the Wollongong electorate of Keira, Mr Park has been in Parliament since 2011.
He has served as Shadow Treasurer since 2016.
Penny Sharpe
Penny Sharpe will be acting opposition leader for the next few months as the elected deputy.
But her office told nine.com.au she would not throw her hat into the ring.

As a member of the Legislative Council, she would be ineligible to serve as premier if elected.
But Ms Sharpe would not be interested in a chamber switch, a la John Gorton in 1968.
