NSW doctor charged with sexual assault

A doctor has been charged with further sexual and indecent assault charges over acts allegedly committed against his Newcastle patients over a nine-year period.
Police allege the 63-year-old specialist assaulted six female patients at his clinic during consultations between 2003 and 2012.
An additional 24 offences of aggravated sexual and indecent assault were laid yesterday.

The man is due to appear in Newcastle District Court on July 28.
