Four people injured in serious collision on Princes Freeway at Point Cook

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on the Princes Freeway at Point Cook, which has forced the closure of all outbound lanes, and left four people injured.

A child was trapped in one of the cars involved but has since been removed in a stable condition.

Two children and two women have been taken to hospital.

VicRoads has suggested drivers exit at Kororoit Creek Road, then take Old Geelong Road/Sayers Road to Forsyth Road and then head back to the Princes Freeway.

Allow extra time if travelling through the area.
