Charges laid after woman assaulted during road rage attack in Adelaide

A 47-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was allegedly assaulted during a road rage attack in Adealide's south yesterday.

The altercation occurred on Marion Road in Mitchell Park just after 3pm.

Police allege a female driver was assaulted and the front driver's side door of her car was damaged.

A 47-year-old Hackham West man was arrested shortly after.

He was charged with assault and property damage and has been bailed to appear in Christies Beach Magistrates Court on October 10.
