Ten-year-old boy missing in Melbourne found safe and well

A 10-year-old boy missing in Melbourne has found safe and well.

Victoria Police located the youngster in the Prahran area.

A call for public assistance had been made after he was last seen leaving his home address in Avondale Heights about 8.30am today, wearing a grey hoodie with images of French Bulldogs and pancake stacks on it.

His family and police had expressed concerns for his safety due to his young age and medical condition.
