Victorian man missing since Christmas Day found dead in bushland

The body of a man missing in Victorian bushland since Christmas Day has been found.
Ian Whinfield, 82, left Lake Bolac about 4pm on December 25 and his family contacted police when he hadn't reached his Serpentine home the next day.
His red Nissan ute has discovered on Emery Track at Glenpatrick on December 27, prompting a large-scale search in the area which was gradually wound back.

Police and emergency services located Mr Whinfield's body during a planned search just before midday today.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
