Canadian singer Michael Bublé has said his three-year-old son Noah's cancer treatment is "progressing well".
Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato’s oldest son was diagnosed with cancer last year.
The pair announced Noah was undergoing treatment via a Facebook post in which they asked for prayers and privacy.
In a statement posted to Bublé's Twitter account today, the couple announced "doctors are very optimistic about the future" of their son.
"He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage," the statement read.
"We thank God for the strength he has given all of us."
The pair also have a second son, Elias.
