Brisbane's embattled Metro North Hospital and Health Service has employed a dispute resolution lawyer to end months of staff unrest.
Michael Klug met with Metro North staff on Monday to discuss communication and relationship concerns, ABC Radio reports.
The health service has been plagued with turmoil since the Newman Government came to power in 2012, with a number of health executives either quitting, being made redundant or sacked.

Metro North spokesman Terry Mehan said Mr Klug would initiate a number of meetings between the board and hospital staff, in order to resolved the crisis within a few months.
