A woman has admitted blackmailing the Melbourne parents of a dying baby over their stolen phone.
Jay and Dee Windross' 11-month-old daughter Amiyah died days after the phone, containing precious memories of their terminally ill baby, was lost at a suburban shopping centre in April.
