A man has been charged after the NSW Transport Minister's office in Sydney's Inner West was graffitied for the second time in a week.

Jo Haylen's Marrickville office was graffitied with a message saying "demanding religious freedom is not divisive or criminal it's a duty" just after 10am today.

NSW Police officers were walking by the office on Marrickville Road when they allegedly spotted a man spray-painting the wall.

It comes just days after Haylen's office was vandalised, with the words "antisemite" and "honour your oath separate [sic] church & state" written on the door of her office on Saturday afternoon.
