Driver charged after man hit by minivan outside Sydney International Airport
A driver has been charged after allegedly hitting a man with a minivan outside Sydney International Airport.
The 76-year-old pedestrian was crossing the road on Departure Plaza about 6.40am today when he was struck.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to St George Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Police established a crime scene, which was examined by the Crash Investigation Unit.
The 74-year-old man behind the wheel of the Hyundai Staria was taken to Mascot Police Station, where he has been charged with negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
He has been granted conditional bail and will appear at the Downing Centre Local Court later today.
