Forensic officers search house after man found dead in Perth

A man, aged in his 50s, has died in a house in Perth's north-east.
Forensic officers are at a house in Morley, where a crime scene has been set up.
Police were called to the property on Halvorson Road around 8pm yesterday, which has since been locked down as investigators try to work out what has happened.

9News reporter Michael Stamp, who was at the scene this morning, said forensic police have been seen checking the shoes of responding paramedics.
There are also reports city rangers were called in, but it remains unclear as to what their involvement is.
A man, aged 36, is currently helping police with their inquiries.
Police are likely to be at the scene for the next coming hours, speaking to residents who may have witnessed something.
