Teenage girls injured in two-car smash in Sydney

Two teenage girls suffered head injuries after a two-car collision in Sydney's southwest overnight.

The crash between a Subaru WRX and a Great Wall 4WD occurred in Beverly Hills on King Georges Road near the M5 on ramp about 11.20pm.

Everyone in the vehicles was able to exit of their own accord.

Two 16-year-old girls travelling in the rear of the Great Wall sustained minor head and neck injuries in the crash. One of the girls also sustained a cut finger.

Both drivers were breath tested at the scene with a negative result.

The investigation is continuing.
