'Bit annoyed I'd woken her up': Adelaide man scoops $150k on scratchie
One lucky Aussie is starting 2025 $150,000 richer thanks to a simple scratchie.
The Adelaide man scooped the cash on a $10 Jumbo Crosswords Instant Scratch-Its ticket.
It was one of four he bought on Christmas Day.

"When we got home my wife and kids went to sleep, but I stayed up and scratched the tickets," he told The Lott.
"I immediately woke up my wife and got her to look.
"She didn't believe me at first. She was a bit annoyed I'd woken her up.
"She was very happy once she realised we'd won $150,000."

He now plans to leave Australia for the first time ever and is planning a holiday to the US.
The ticket was bought at OTR Salisbury Park Terrace in Salisbury, in the city's north.
