‘Jumbo Joy Flight’ offers children the 'ride of their lives'

Hundreds of disabled and disadvantaged children have been given the flight of a lifetime today taking off in a Boeing 747 from Sydney Airport.

The Qantas Jumbo Joy Flight is now in its 44th year.

Children and their carers were given the opportunity to experience flying, meet the crew and visit the cockpit.

The special 90-minute flight is organised in conjunction with Rotary with the plane, fuel, crew and airport fees all donated for the cause.
